Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

Job Description:  Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Staff in this category may also have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate.

Nature:Contract of Service

Requirements and Qualifications: Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • A graduate of bachelor’s degree
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft office)
  • Has Good Communication Skill (Both Written and Oral)
  • Has ample Knowledge in Government Operation
  • Hard Working, Proactive, Team Player and Creative
